Product Design Sprint
The Product Design Sprint process is based on the GV (previously Google Ventures) Design Sprint from 2016, which has changed how many companies innovate. Deep Work uses internet-native tools and four-hour working days to accommodate for efficient remote collaboration while delivering high-quality results.

Collaboration Workshops

Involve everyone in the design process rather than unproductive meetings. This removes tedious knowledge transfer, research periods, and frustrating feedback rounds in a typical freelancer and agency approach.
Three highly interactive 4-hour online-sessions finish with a tangible outcome:

Day 1 — Align and Decide

All participants align and focus on a common goal. Watch on Youtube →
Days: 1, Time: 4hours

Day 2 — Create Solutions

Together, we create individual solution sketches. Watch on Youtube →
Days: 1, Time: 4hours

Day 3 — Merge Solutions

All solutions are merged to prepare for the prototype. View Demo on Miro →
Days: 1, Time: 4hours

UX & UI Prototyping

Based on the decisions and wireframes from the workshops, our team designs a prototype to look and feel like the real product.

Deep Work Prototyping

Duration: 3 or 4 days
We design a high-fidelity prototype to validate product features before building. User testing a high-end prototype immediately shows market interest. Explore Designs on Figma →

User Research

Interviewing real users provides clear next steps to improve the design based on real data rather than assumptions, before implementing.

User Research

Duration: 3 days
We find multiple users from the desired target audience, write an interview guide and interview them to get real qualitative data. The findings are summarised in a slide deck.

UX Fixes

Duration: 1 day
With the results of the user tests, we iterate on the design to implement any changes required to optimise the user experience and deliver a working product design ready to implement.

Presentation

Duration: 1 hour
We review the work together, present the prototype and the user testing results with strategic recommendation and clear trends.

Additional deliverables

There are several options to include additional deliverables in the Product Design Sprint:

Results and Projects

We've worked with over forty teams and projects which you can see on the projects page of the website. Including all the design files and reports.
