Goals

Representatives carry the responsibility to represent the interests of the department or team so it can act as an autonomous unit. They also ensure consistent internal alignment on changes to support development of the organization's strategic direction.

Hazards

• Voices of contributors of team might be overheard.

• Important information might be missed.

• Changes in workflows may not be implemented fast enough.
