# Monthly Operations

## Goals

* Stay in control of operations of Deep Work as a whole despite environmental, economic, or social disturbances.
* Maintaining operational infrastructure for Deep Work and accounting
* Implement changes upon request by representatives/team leads or the Operations Director and the Finance Director
* Ensure consistent alignment of all operational units

## Hazards

* Client-facing work may get disturbed due to lack of documentation or malfunction of operations
* Community may misunderstand or miss important events
