# Operations

## Goals

* Ensure safe and adequate control of Deep Work, including all its components, teams and functions.
* Monitor current activity and identify inconsistencies in operation.
* Control organization in case of unforeseen disturbances.
* Execute on system-level changes and make constant improvements to the infrastructure to ensure stability of Deep Work.
