Depreciating a Department

Criteria and circumstances:

• Depreciating a department can be decided by representatives before being put to a governance vote.

Moving Funds:

• The representatives need to decide where to send any remaining funds too. This could be another department (if merging or a responsibilities are changing) or the the Treasury.

• In Apps there is a "Drain Account" application if there are multiple tokens or assets in the department.

Deleting the SAFE:

• Find the SAFE at List of SAFEs

• Go to Settings / Safe Details

• Click "Remove SAFE"

• Confirm the transaction

• Get a second representative to confirm the transaction

• Execute the transaction.
